Job Description Who We AreAmerican Lightscapes, a division of CRA, is a veteran, and prior first-responder-owned company, specializing in landscape and architectural lighting. We design and install low-voltage lighting systems throughout Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, and Lee counties, from pool cages to tree uplights and everything in between. We have a tight-knit, supportive team in the field and office, and we pride ourselves on quality work and customer service. We are quickly becoming the area's outdoor lighting provider. If you want to join our team of all-stars, keep reading. Position BasicsThis is a full-time hourly position with excellent benefits. How You'll Contribute to the TeamThe Installation Technician is a front line team member who provides an exceptional customer experience and completes product installations. This role is responsible for installing and repairing outdoor light systems, and providing customer service that maintains lifelong customers. This position reports directly to the Installation Manager and works closely with all other Installation Technicians.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Installing new low-voltage lighting systems
- Troubleshooting existing low voltage lighting systems
- Using power tools such as impact drills and grinders
- Communicating effectively with our team and clients
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

You have some experience with landscaping, electrical work, or some field of construction.
No low-voltage lighting experience is required; we will train you from the ground up!

No restriction for ladder use
Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50 lbs+)Incentives
