Snapshot / Role Overview:Join a leading commercial mechanical construction team as a Project Manager - Plumbing (Service) based out of Seattle, WA. This role contributes to high-profile projects across plumbing & piping and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.Impact:- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.Responsibilities:Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.Coordinate with field leadership, engineering, and trade partners to keep work on track.Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, billings, and project documentation.Lead client meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risk.Mentor project engineers and coordinators while supporting overall team performance.Compensation and Logistics:Competitive salary depending on experience, plus full benefits.
