CBRNe Mail Screening & Mail Courier Specialist SoBran is looking for a CBRNE Mail Screening & Mail Courier Specialist for our Chantilly, VA team. Job responsibilities include performing CBRNE mail screening, mail sorting, and mail courier operations. CBRNE stands for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive. X-Ray screening experience with cargo, baggage, and/or mail is preferred. Sorting by customer specifications via MS Excel data logs, effectively transporting customer items on schedule within VA, MD, and DC, communicating daily reports using MS Outlook and Intuit Quick Base, ensuring vehicles are maintained including fueling, cleaning, and facilitating repairs with outsourced repair shops, customer service, and duties as assigned.
Job requirements include: 2+ years of professional work experience.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is a must. Computer knowledge: ID, Google Chrome, Adobe, MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Intuit Quick Base. Courier driving, TSA or X-Ray screening, and CBRNE knowledge is preferred. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record with experience driving mid to large-size cargo vans. Must be able to lift and carry multiple bags of mail that weigh up to 75 pounds. Benefits include a 401k plan, dental and health insurance, paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation time.
