About the role

Driving account strategy and revenue growth, the remote Global Sales Lead, IP Licensing will execute the commercial strategy for the company's intellectual property portfolio while managing a globally distributed Sales & Business Development team. Key responsibilities Own and execute the global Sales & Business Development strategy for the IP portfolio, aligning with long-term growth objectives Lead and scale a globally distributed Sales & Business Development team, establishing performance expectations and a culture of accountability Identify and negotiate IP licensing and strategic partnership opportunities across international markets in collaboration with cross-functional teams Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within IP licensing, semiconductors, or deep technology ecosystems Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams across diverse geographies Deep knowledge of intellectual property strategy, licensing models, and the global IP landscape Technical fluency to communicate complex technologies to both technical and business audiences Track record of building pipelines and closing high-value deals in a strategic, relationship-driven manner
