About the role
Fifth Third Bank seeks a Senior Legal Counsel – Bank Real Estate to support Enterprise Workplace Services across the real estate lifecycle, including ground leases, acquisitions and dispositions, office leases, and ATM leases. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex documents, advise on risk topics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.
