Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Machine Operatorto join our manufacturing team in Prince George, VA. This position supports daily production operations by assisting with machinery, monitoring equipment, checking product quality, and helping keep the production area running safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities: Assist with operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment Monitor control panels to ensure equipment is operating properly Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues Assist with maintaining inventory and supplies for the production area Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies Communicate equipment, production, or quality concerns to the Production Lead Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist in other production areas as needed Learn multiple machines, production areas, and job duties Help ensure production runs efficiently and quality standards are maintained
Qualifications & Requirements: Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is preferred Must be dependable and have reliable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to learn multiple machines and production processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must successfully pass a hair follicle drug screening, which can detect drug use going back approximately 6 months Must meet all other pre-employment requirements before starting
