Key Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with behavioral needs or autism support Willingness to undergo district-required fingerprinting at the candidates expense Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to different classroom settings as needs change throughout the school year
Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct behavioral support to students within an elementary school autism classroom Implement individualized behavioral plans under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst Collect and record data on student progress and response to interventions Assist educators and other staff in maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment Communicate with multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency and continuity in support strategies Position Details: Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 4:25 PMContract runs from ASAP until May 28th Initial screening followed by a formal interview with the school district Candidates who remain for a full year may have the option to be hired directly by the district Step into a vital role supporting students and collaborating with dedicated educational professionals.
