  • Daytime and weekend shifts, 6 to 12 hours

  • Follow individualized care plans as directed
  • RequirementsValid New York State HHA Certification
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Home Health Aide
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional
  • Current physical exam within the past year
  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X‑ray within 5 years
  • Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
  • Driver’s license preferred
