About the role
To support innovative mental healthcare solutions, the full-time Engineering Talent Pool Member will collaborate on AI-powered products and scalable backend systems in a remote environment across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance AI-driven healthcare technologies
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable backend systems and data infrastructure
Engage in continuous delivery practices, including multiple daily deployments and agile sprintsRequired qualificationsUpper-Intermediate (B2+) English and fluent Russian for effective team communication
Experience with modern technologies such as AWS, Angular, Node.js, or similar
Background in AI, ML, or data engineering preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices
Passion for building impactful products in the healthcare sector
