About the role

Overview In this role you will lead the People function for the Success Academy Network Office, shaping talent strategy, organizational design, and change initiatives at scale. You will manage a small team of HR professionals, guiding development and performance to drive impact across multiple schools and business lines. You will champion a data-driven, high-feedback culture and lead cross-functional change programs that improve efficiency and accountability. You will partner with senior leaders to translate complex people challenges into strategic options and execute with speed and ethics.
