POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, operationalizes the organization’s Talent Acquisition strategy by overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of programs, processes, and tools that strengthen recruiting operations across all Addus divisions. This role ensures strategic priorities are embedded into day-to-day operations through process improvements, documentation, and system solutions. The Manager provides oversight of Specialists, supports consistency and compliance across all recruiting functions, and enables scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.Schedule: M-F 8-5; Remote with some office time; some travel required.
