IT Support AnalystWe are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for end users across a cloud-based environment in Las Colinas, Texas. This role focuses on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while helping maintain a smooth and secure user experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling service requests, troubleshooting Windows systems, and supporting business applications in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities:• Respond to service desk requests and incidents, delivering timely support for desktop, laptop, and user access issues.• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Windows operating systems, common business applications, and basic network connectivity.• Administer user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra to ensure appropriate access and security.• Provide hands-on and remote assistance to employees across connected office locations using standardized support practices.• Support the reliability of end-user technology by documenting issues, tracking resolutions, and escalating complex problems when needed.• Assist with troubleshooting connectivity across sites operating on Fortinet-based networking infrastructure.• Help support key real estate business platforms, including property management applications such as Yardi and related systems.• Contribute to upcoming automation and AI initiatives by supporting implementations, user adoption, and issue resolution during rollout activities.
