Compliance Specialist The Compliance Specialist supports affordable housing communities by ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, HOME, and Fair Housing regulations. This role is responsible for reviewing resident files and certifications, conducting compliance audits, supporting onsite teams, and helping maintain accurate reporting and regulatory readiness across the portfolio. What You'll Do:
  • Review certifications & resident eligibility
  • Conduct file audits & compliance reviews
  • Support HUD, LIHTC, HOME & RD compliance efforts
  • Assist onsite teams with training & regulatory guidance
  • Help communities stay inspection and audit ready
What We're Looking For:
  • Affordable housing compliance experience
  • Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, EIV & Fair Housing
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour for lunch.
