About the role

- No mortgage or real estate experience required - we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to mortgage broker leads - leads are provided.
- Present the value proposition of Champions Funding and guide brokers through the approval process.
- Promote attendance to Champions Funding's educational webinars to drive engagement and loan submissions.
- Convert warm leads into approved, submitting broker partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and submission process for brokers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Champions Funding's Non-QM product offerings, including Ally.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and conversion goals.
- Participate in coaching and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
- Accurately track activity and results using internal CRM and reporting tools.
- Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term broker relationships. Salary Description$42k plus commission override
