Grinder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift Performs work grinding, cleaning, smoothing, and finishing welded metal parts using hand grinders and power tools. Removes excess weld material, burrs, and sharp edges to ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for fabrication, painting, or final assembly. Inspects completed work for quality and follows all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Grinder Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, production, metal fabrication, or grinding experience preferred. Ability to safely operate hand grinders, power tools, and other shop equipment Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
