Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the AssignmentBLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCCurrent state license to practice Physical Therapy.
Proof of current CPR
driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation and insurance.2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
Homecare Homebase experience.
