About the role
- Processes payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.
- Maintains accurate records and personnel files.
- Assists supervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations
- If multi-language speaker; apply bilingual skills to translate employee communications and interpret as needed.
- Serves as back-up to the Receptionist and cross-trained to handle benefits and worker's compensation tasks.
- Coordinates Leave of Absences; Personal, Medical, FMLA.Conducts Benefit Orientations and 401K orientations.
- Acts as liaison between Associates and external support groups; assists Associates in securing the appropriate support.
- Maintains I-9 records and supports compliance with federal laws regarding recordkeeping requirements.
- Other duties may also be assigned.
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Intercommunication skills.
- Customer Service Driven.
- Validated organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- This position has a starting pay range of $23.00 to $25.75 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
