About the role

Duluth Trading Company is hiring an Equipment Operator for our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. You will move stock, load and unload, restock bins with RF equipment, and support Receiving, Replenishing, and Inventory Control as needed. This full-time seasonal role offers weekday shifts (Fri-Sun 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, with some flexibility), drug screening, background check, and a 40% employee discount. Starting pay is $19.50/hour, with peak holiday premiums during defined dates.
