Operational Financial Support Will provide operational financial support for Quill. Position requires at least 3 days / week on site at Quill's offices in Lincolnshire, IL.Quill is a valuable part of the Staples family of brands. Assist with month-end close (prepare journal entries etc. in Oracle)Run the weekly interface between Quill systems and Oracle Running steps / process through systems Track invoices/costs in Adcost, the Staples/Quill marketing tool Invoice vendors for promotions that we ran Work with Finance and Merchandising business partners to invoice vendors for promotions and follow up with vendors where required.
