About the role
Corporate Services And Production Administrative PositionFull-time administrative position is open in our Corporate Services and Production Department. Highly motivated individual needed to assist with front desk coverage, answering phones, assistance with facility requests, organizing office supplies, filing, mail distribution/posting and other administrative projects. This position will be fully onsite at 11622 El Camino Real #300, San Diego, CA 92130, Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.Requirements:Excellent customer service and organization skills are required, as well as a high attention to accuracy and details.Outstanding professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory.Successful candidates must be reliable and comfortable working around 8:30 AM 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.Working knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office system, and office equipment is preferred.Working knowledge of Adobe is preferred.Exceptional time management skills needed, as well as the ability to successfully handle multiple projects in a day.Candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented and professional.Compensation: $19-20/hourWe offer bonus opportunities and generous benefits, including company-paid health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and an onsite gym.
