[About the Role]Join a mission-driven team at MacDill AFB, FL as a Logistics Management Analyst supporting the Department of War (DoW) unit. As the Contractor Supply Support Specialist & Property Book Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, tracking, and safeguarding military assets under federal and military regulations. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that leverages your expertise in DoD property systems and offers direct exposure to critical logistics operations.[Responsibilities]Manage and maintain official property tracking databases, such as DPAS and GCSS-ArmyOversee the full asset lifecycle from acquisition through final dispositionConduct comprehensive physical, cyclic, and sensitive item inventoriesMatch serial, NSN, and part numbers for precise asset accountabilityGenerate and track sub-hand receipts, loans, and component listingsInspect shipments, verify documentation, and coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing equipmentManage local warehouses and storage yards, ensuring efficient operationsResearch, document, and draft investigation packets for missing or damaged property (FLIPL) Advise unit personnel while adhering to strict FAR and military supply chain protocols[Required Skills and Experience]Active DoD Secret Clearance (required on Day 1) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent military experience (92Y/92A, USAF 25, Navy LS) Minimum 4 years' experience in military supply room operations, warehouse logistics, or property book managementExpert proficiency with DPAS and/or GCSS accounting systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled warehouse environments[Preferred Skills]Advanced knowledge of FAR and military supply regulationsStrong analytical and inventory reconciliation skillsAttention to detail for property book accuracyEffective communication with military and civilian personnel[Benefits]Opportunity to directly support national defense initiativesCareer growth within the defense logistics and property management fieldCollaborative and mission-focused work environmentExposure to advanced DoD logistics systems and protocols[How to Apply]Ready to advance your career in defense logistics?
