About the Role:
You will provide high-quality service, ensuring player satisfaction and handling all general inquiries. You will communicate naturally through email, online chats, and occasional outgoing calls.
Required Qualifications:
Your native language is Finnish and you have excellent proficiency in English. You are versatile in many tasks, quickly learn new skills, and have a positive attitude. You are flexible and adaptable in a growing and dynamic environment. You have an eye for detail and are a strong communicator and provider of automated solutions. You have experience and passion for dealing with customers.
