About the role
We’re seeking experienced clinical specialists to help dental practices get started with their new Medit Scanners. This contract opportunity is suited to clinical dental professionals interested in taking on additional work alongside their current commitments. You’ll provide personalized onboarding and practical training to help clinicians and their teams confidently incorporate scanning into their daily workflows.
Responsibilities:
Support scanner setup and onboarding for new owners. Train clinicians and staff on scanning techniques and digital workflows. Troubleshoot common setup and scanning challenges. Deliver a professional, attentive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience with Medit scanners, ideally the i 900 Mobility. Strong understanding of intraoral scanning and dental practice workflows. Experience providing clinical training or customer education. Clear communication skills and a patient, personable approach. Ability to work independently and coordinate scheduled training sessions.
