About the role
We are looking for motivated, professional individuals to join our growing remote team. This position is focused on helping families understand benefit programs they have requested information about and guiding them through a simple virtual process. This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, explaining information clearly, and providing a positive client experience. Full training is provided, so prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
