We’re Hiring! Sales & Brand Growth Leader– King George, VA Are you passionate about driving brand growth, leading sales strategies, and making a real impact? We’re seeking a Sales & Brand Growth Leader to join our team in King George, VA!In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, growing brand awareness, and building strong community partnerships to help take our business to the next level. You will play a critical part in driving guest experience results, ensuring financial stewardship, and coaching and developing leaders within the organization. We’re looking for someone who:-Has a proven track record in sales and brand development- Is a strong leader with a passion for team growth-Generating new leads and converting them to new business-Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment- Understands the power of relationships and community engagement- Drives guest experience results and operational excellence- Lead financial performance and uphold stewardship principles- Coaches and develops future leaders within the organization
Preferred: -Chick-fil-A experience-Bachelors Degree/2 years leadership experience
