Job Description:
Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break included, Hours may vary based on business needs). On-site in Nashville, TN.1. Payroll & Accounting Prepare payroll worksheets for manager approval, and process disbursement once approved. Organize monthly receipts and enter transactions into assigned accounts. Maintain Excel worksheets for payroll and per diem using formulas provided.2. Tax & Compliance Track federal, state, and local filing deadlines and send advance reminders. Reconcile payments made by the company’s CPA against expected amounts and report discrepancies. Receive and file tax documents and government correspondence.3. HR & Onboarding Complete employer sections of Form I-9 and collect new hire paperwork. Maintain personnel, attendance, and PTO records. Set up workstations, equipment, and accounts for new hires.4. Local Coordination & Research Confirm local matters by phone or in person and report back to the manager. Prepare comparison tables on local vendors and services (e.g., insurance, rental cars) for review. Coordinate internet, phone, and office services with local vendors. Accompany staff relocating from Korea for rental car pickup, driver’s license applications, and government office visits.5. General Office Support Receive, sort, distribute, and log mail and deliveries. Monitor and order office supplies. Greet visitors and keep the office, kitchen, and meeting rooms organized. Monitor local weather advisories and notify staff. Perform occasional errands (e.g., Post Office, Bank).
Qualifications:
MUST BE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN US (not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.)High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Must be able to work on-site at our Nashville, TN office Microsoft Excel: able to use SUMIF, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and pivot tables Accuracy in numerical data entry and reconciliation Preferences Bilingual in Korean and English Experience with Quick Books or comparable accounting software Experience at a foreign-owned company or a US subsidiary of an overseas parent company Office administration experience Working Conditions &
