About the role
Investigate potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts, identify suspicious patterns and take appropriate action to protect clients.
Address clients concern by verifying recent charges and account activity, collecting key information to evaluate and confirm potential fraudulent transactions. Address service-related requests and concerns with accuracy and professionalism across all inbound and outbound client interactions.
Determine and apply the appropriate verification procedures when processing client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Deliver solutions to client issues by drawing on all available resources, working with limited supervision to resolve calls efficiently.
Assess risk in day-to-day decisions, upholding Citi's policies and ethical standards while escalating issues transparently when required.
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, or service-oriented role, with a demonstrated ability to effectively handle and resolve client inquiries.
High attention to detail with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and organize information clearly.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information accurately to clients and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
Excels in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
High School diploma or equivalent.
