Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler I to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble high-quality products while meeting production standards, customer specifications, and delivery requirements. The Production Assembler I works under the direction of production supervision and follows established company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble products according to engineering documents, specifications, and quality standards. Use a computer to review production schedules and update job operator-based Go/No-Go testing according to established procedures. Monitor the quality of parts throughout the assembly process. Assist with training new team members and responding to production-related questions. Perform material handling duties as needed. Identify and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase productivity and quality. Communicate effectively with engineering and other departments to ensure accurate information is shared. Complete required paperwork, documentation, and production records in team meetings and group discussions. Follow all company safety rules and work a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Base Pay: 19.00 per HOUR
