Job Description:
The HR Consultant position works in partnership with the local management team inleading HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performancemanagement, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, andemployee relations. The HR Consultant will support the manufacturing operations in West Chester and Fairfield, OHPROJECT MANAGEMENT• Drives implementation of multiple initiatives to achieve strategic business goals andoperational objectives.• Works closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program andproject milestones within established timeframes.• Drives adoption and challenges standards. Leads other project participants. TALENT BUILDER• Champion talent management philosophy and strategy• Build an agile and diverse team able to lead and support business growth whilebeing future-focused and developing their own succession pipeline. BUSINESS ADVISOR• Coach the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters• Adapt and anticipate manpower planning upon business needs• Support organizational design to respond to changing business needs• Contribute to design and organization development initiatives (skills, resources, processes) aligned with business and company strategiesCULTURE AND CHANGE ENABLER• Ensure deployment of People Strategy transformations; Leadership, Talent, Wellbeing, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and High Performance.• Support People engagement and entity transformation
