SPAAN Tech seeks the most experienced and highly accredited professional engineers, architects and software technicians. SPAAN Tech, Inc is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience working in a consulting firm on civil engineering projects, including but not limited to roadway design, drainage, storm water management, site civil and underground utilities.
