Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm, end time can vary based on project

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/HR

Duties: Install basement waterproofing systems and drainage solutions in residential homes. Install sump pumps, discharge lines, and other water-management equipment. Perform foundation repair work, including piering, stabilization, and structural support systems. Install crawl space encapsulation systems, vapor barriers, and moisture-control products. Assist with concrete lifting and leveling projects. Travel daily with a crew to customer job sites throughout the service area. Follow company-approved installation methods, quality standards, and safety procedures. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition. Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; paid training provided. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship. Enjoy working in a hands-on, physically active environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and installation techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing job site conditions. Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements. Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Ability to lift and carry 60-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
