About the role

Packaging Machine Operator We're hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to run and monitor machinery used to package food products. This role requires following safety standards, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging equipment for consistent performance
Set up machines based on product specifications and packaging needs
Perform quality checks to ensure packaging meets standards
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make necessary adjustments
Log production data accurately and report any discrepancies
Clean and sanitize equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines

Qualifications:

1+ year of machine operation experience in food or manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment
Ability to follow safety procedures and technical instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Average Pay Rate: $19 – $21 / Hour
