About the role

Buckhead Meat of Denver, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator - Cut to lead the cut machine crew and keep the line running efficiently. The role involves setting up machines for specific products, adjusting weights and thickness, and reading orders to determine the next cuts and piece counts. You will operate band saws, portion subprimals into steaks by weight, and work in a fast-paced, cold environment while maintaining throughput and yield.
