About the role

Our client is a prestigious Financial firm located in Manhattan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support to a team, including heavy calendaring and expense management Manage conference rooms extensively, booking and coordinating spaces and making sure they are prepared and equipped for high-level meetings Oversee front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and keeping the reception area organized and presentable Handle mail and deliveries Maintain office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and coordinate facilities tasks including workspace setup, maintenance requests, and vendor communications Some travel coordination This person will be sitting at the reception.
Qualifications: 2+ years of corporate Office Management experience, financial services preferred Outgoing, polished, and professional Proficient in MS Office; Concur and Notary a plus Bachelor's degree preferred The annual base salary range is $80,000-$110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
