About the role
RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management in Irvine, CA to join a high-performing real estate team responsible for one of Orange County’s most significant commercial office portfolios. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a 16 million-square-foot portfolio, working at the intersection of asset management, investments, leasing, and operations. This is not simply a reporting role—the Senior Manager will help shape asset strategy, evaluate major investment decisions, and identify opportunities to drive long-term value.
What You’ll Do:
Develop asset business plans and strategies Lead property valuations and financial modeling Underwrite leases, acquisitions, and dispositions Analyze portfolio performance and investment opportunities Present recommendations to senior leadership Partner with leasing, operations, and property management What We’re Looking For 5+ years of CRE asset management or investment experience Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills Advanced Excel; ARGUS preferred Experience with valuations, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions Strong analytical and communication skills Bachelor’s degree required For a CRE asset management professional looking for scale, complexity, senior-level exposure, and the ability to directly influence portfolio strategy, this is a compelling next step.
