Assistant Activity Director Join Our Team at Pomeroy Living ! Do you have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful activities for seniors? Pomeroy Living is seeking a full-time Assistant Activity Director to join our vibrant activities team.
Responsibilities: Assist the Activity Director in planning, implementing, and leading a variety of recreational and social activities for residents.
  • Ensure activities are tailored to meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of each resident.
  • Assist residents in participating in activities and outings.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity attendance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
  • Provide support to the Activity Director as needed.
Qualifications: Valid CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) or ADC (Certified Activity Director) certification required.
  • Two years of experience in a social or recreation program within the last five years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.#PM25
