Metro-North Railroad seeks an Assistant Director – Fleet Management in New York, NY. This role provides centralized control to maximize the fleet's use, making real-time decisions to support operations and maintenance goals. You will supervise Fleet Managers and Clerks, coordinate maintenance, and drive efficiency initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance across the fleet. Telework eligible, with a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift and a salary range noted above.
