Bench Mechanic

Responsibilities: Examine mechanical equipment for damage or wear through inspections Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent failures Identify and repair or replace faulty components Assemble and disassemble machinery parts and install components as instructed Test repaired equipment for proper functioning and conduct serviceability testing Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records, including work package documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and FAA regulations during maintenance procedures Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for accurate repairs Qualifications: Proven experience as a mechanic, with knowledge of aircraft systems and mechanical equipment inspection Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Familiarity with diagnostic and testing equipment Basic computer skills and adaptability to new tools and systems Effective communication skills and ability to work within safety and FAA standards Flexibility to work overtime and meet deadlines Skills: Mechanical repair and component replacement Equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics Assembly and disassembly of machinery parts FAA compliance and safety standards adherence Use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments Reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings Basic computer skills for systems and work documentation Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
