RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
