About the role
Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembly — Chassis, frames, brackets, optical mounts, linear slides, and precision motion stages per engineering drawings and BOMs Wiring & Cabling — Point-to-point wiring, cable harness fabrication, routing, dressing, labeling, and connector termination per schematics Power Supply Installation — Mount and wire AC/DC power supplies, PDUs, and DC distribution; verify voltages with DMM before energizing PCBA & Electronics — Install PCBAs, motion controllers, and I/O modules with strict ESD compliance; make all board-level connections Spindle & Motion Components — Install and align spindle, stage assemblies, controllers & related amplifiers. Optical & Sensor Components — Handle and install laser modules, detector assemblies, and optical mounts. System Integration — Complete full system build & conduct power on, system buyoffs.
