Job Title Lead technical design for Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows & service code quality, pull request reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices. Own integration patterns with downstream services, OAuth 2/Keycloak security, RabbitMQ messaging, and Oracle/JPA persistence. Partner with product, QA, Dev Ops, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver production-ready capabilities. Mentor engineers and translate business requirements into clear technical implementation plans.10+ years Java engineering; 5+ years technical leadership on enterprise microservices. Core Skills Java 17+/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Spring Security, OAuth 2/JWT, Keycloak, Oracle, JPA/Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Maven, Docker, Git-based CI/CD.Preferred Financial services, fixed-income, trading, settlement, GSE, banking, or regulated domain experience.
