About the role
- You are responsible for driving the ICT’s FinTech sales strategy to meet ambitious revenue objectives through new client acquisition including targeted sales and marketing campaigns
- You build comprehensive and lasting client relationships with Americas’ FinTech clients and prospects to win their cross-border payments business and drive further cross-sell
- You collaborate effectively with Product Management, Technology and Corporate Cash to drive the development of targeted client solutions based on client demand and market feedback
- You represent ICT at industry forums and client seminars as a subject matter expert for FinTechs and cross-border payment solutions
- You manage effectively KYC/AML risk for your respective FinTech portfolio to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations as well as internal risk appetite, polices & procedures
- You report directly to the Head of Fintech Sales for Cash & Trade Finance and are directly responsible for sales / P&LSkills You’ll Need
- Extensive experience in Fintech, financial services, payments, or cross‑border money movement role
- Proven experience in B2B payment sales, partnerships, or business development experience operating in regulated financial services environment, including AML, KYC, sanctions screening or financial crime framework
- Bachelor Degree from an internationally renowned university, combining technical engineering education with business- or strategic management qualification
- Experience in managing correspondent-banking, cross-border payments, KYC/AML and liquidity management solutions
- Proven ability to bridge client objectives, regulatory requirements and core technology delivery
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
