About the role

You will manage schedules, budgets from $50K to $1M+, and on-site operations, while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff. The role requires 5+ years of experience in luxury or premium experiential settings, willingness to travel (75–80%), and a startup-mentality within a small team.
