About the Role: Briarpatch Greenhouses, Inc. is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales/Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Shelby, NC! In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our company — delivering beautiful plants and greenhouse products while building lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver greenhouse products to customers on scheduled routes Represent Briarpatch Greenhouses with professionalism and a customer-first attitude at every stop Actively promote and upsell products to existing and potential customers during deliveries Load and unload plants, flowers, and greenhouse merchandise with care Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and customer documentation Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs Assist with order fulfillment and inventory management as needed
Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery, route driving, or outside sales experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (plants, containers, pallets)Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently Basic math skills for handling invoices and transactions Passion for horticulture, plants, or agriculture is a plus
