Position: Archaeological Field Monitors
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85012
Shift: Monday – Friday (will be 40-45 hours/week project depending)
Duration: 12+ month contract (with possibility of conversion/extension)
Pay Rate: $20 - $25 Interviews: One and done Must Haves:1+ year experience of cultural resources fieldwork Comfortability working outside and working project based Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Valid Driver’s License – mileage reimbursed used of personal vehicle will be required Plusses: Strong working knowledge of cultural resource legislation and regulations Master's degree in archaeology, anthropology, or related field of study Day-2-Day: An engineering firm in Phoenix is looking for an additional Archeological Monitor to join the team. The Archaeological Field Monitor will primarily be responsible for field-based cultural resources monitoring throughout large and medium-scale construction projects. The Archaeological Field Monitor will primarily be responsible for conducting daily cultural compliance activities and monitoring duties during construction activities within the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
