About the role
To support IT initiatives in a hybrid environment, the full-time IT Field Service Analyst will connect personal computing devices to corporate systems, provide end-user support and training, and lead strategic IT projects while prioritizing customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Connect personal computing systems with the network in alignment with corporate IT strategies and security standards
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair personal computing hardware and software systems
Respond to and resolve L2 tickets, troubleshooting and solving end-user technical problems in a timely manner
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience and certifications
1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office computing environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure, Teams)
Proficiency in Windows operating systems (11, 10, 7, and XP)
Knowledge of telephony, networking, A/V systems, TCP/IP Protocol, and PLCs
