Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, deep knowledge of food and wine, and a refined approach to service. Responsibilities:
Provide gracious, professional, and knowledgeable service in an upscale dining environment
Maintain expert-level familiarity with menu items, wine list, and daily specials
Deliver a polished and seamless service experience from greeting to farewell
Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to exceed expectations
Collaborate with team members and support staff to uphold the highest standards of hospitality
Adhere to company service standards and health and safety protocols

RequirementsQualifications
Minimum 3 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and culinary terminology
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Passion for delivering world-class service and creating memorable guest moments
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
