We work with designers, retailers, and other customers throughout the U.S. and internationally.We are looking for a reliable, personable, and organized Showroom Sales & Operations Associate to help keep our showroom and day-to-day business running smoothly.To apply: submit your resume along with a brief note telling us why this particular role interests you and what experience or skills you bring.This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, e-commerce, inventory, and the operations of a small established business.What You'll DoWelcome showroom visitors and assist customersRespond to customer inquiries and help with salesPrepare orders and related paperworkMaintain accurate inventory, product, and customer informationCoordinate shipping, pickups, and deliveriesTake and organize product photographsHelp update products on our website and online marketplacesKeep the showroom organized and customer-readyFollow up on open tasks and customer matters through completionAssist with other administrative and operational needs as they ariseWhat We're Looking ForDependable and able to maintain consistent on-site attendanceFriendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customersOrganized and attentive to detailStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable learning new software and online systemsAble to manage several tasks and follow through without constant remindersAble to use good judgment and work through routine problems independentlyReceptive to feedback and interested in learningPrevious experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, administration, or business operations is helpful, but we are open to strong early-career candidates.An interest in art, interiors, design, or entrepreneurship is a plus, but no art background is required.This is not primarily a warehouse or heavy-lifting position. Occasional assistance with merchandise, packages, and loading / unloading may be required.Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30AM–4:30PM. No regular evenings or weekends.On rare occasions, additional hours may be requested for markets, special events, or customer appointments.Compensation: $19–$21/hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
