About the role

University of Maryland Medical System is seeking a Catering Assistant to support all catering operations across facilities. Under supervision, you will coordinate, prepare, set up, deliver, serve, and breakdown catered events while ensuring exceptional service and food safety standards. You will liaise between Food & Nutrition Services and internal customers, assist with event planning, equipment maintenance, and inventory, and help ensure meetings, conferences, and hospital functions run
