What You'll Do: Learn the art and science of new home sales from industry professionals. Connect with prospective homebuyers and help guide them through one of life's biggest decisions. Master lead generation, follow-up, and customer relationship management. Partner with construction, mortgage, and design teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Participate in community events, model home operations, and sales training programs. Build the foundation for a rewarding, performance-driven sales career.
